About the role

The Business Operations Executive will act as a bridge between the dental laboratory, doctors and the sales team to ensure seamless case processing. This full‑time position is based in Lahore and focuses on coordinating case flow, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with inter‑departmental teams to guarantee smooth workflow and timely case handling.
• Identify bottlenecks in processes and propose improvements for greater efficiency.
• Monitor case progress regularly to ensure on‑time completion and delivery.
• Communicate professionally with doctors, sales representatives, and internal staff.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and case tracking using basic computer applications and Excel.
• Support the team by ensuring precision, organization, and attention to detail in all assigned tasks.
• Apply dental technology knowledge to verify case‑related details such as scans, impressions, and treatment stages.

Required profile

• Dental Technology degree.
• 1‑2 years of experience in coordination, operations, case management, or customer support.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM or ERP systems.
