Business Relationship Manager

About the role

The Business Relationship Manager will drive growth of our corporate portfolio by acquiring new B2B customers and retaining existing ones. You will act as the primary liaison between corporate clients and our technical teams, ensuring tailored solutions and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Sell fixed broadband products (Internet, Voice, DPLC, IPLCs), cloud computing, DICT and M2M/IoT solutions to corporate clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet client specifications.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop customized proposals and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Increase revenue from existing accounts through upselling and excellent service.
• Monitor activation/disconnection trends, devise retention strategies and address service or billing issues to prevent churn.
• Ensure revenue assurance in line with management‑set goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Telecom or Computer Science.
• 3‑4 years of relevant industry experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation and presentation abilities.
