CAD Draftsperson

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time CAD Draftsperson to join our Karachi office. The successful candidate will turn architectural concepts and sketches into accurate digital drawings and technical documentation, supporting a wide range of residential, institutional, commercial and industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update architectural drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD.
• Prepare presentation drawings and layout sheets.
• Maintain drawing libraries and ensure compliance with local building codes and office CAD standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and consultants to incorporate design changes and resolve drawing issues.
• Perform quality checks on documentation before submission.

Required profile

• Diploma or formal training in CAD.
• Previous experience in an architectural practice or design office.
• Familiarity with Pakistani building codes, materials and construction practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple drawing packages and deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, including model space, paper space and batch plotting.
• Knowledge of BIM tools such as Revit or SketchUp (advantage).
• Solid drawing skills – layout composition, dimensioning and annotation.
