Call Center Agent (Full-time, On-site)

About the role

SFU Technologies is seeking enthusiastic Call Center Agents to join its on‑site team in Karachi. This full‑time position involves handling outbound calls, answering customer inquiries, and delivering accurate information about the company’s products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound customer queries.
• Provide clear, accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and document each interaction in the system.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.
• Follow scripts, guidelines, and performance targets while maintaining professionalism.
• Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on satisfaction.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in local languages and English.
• Solid computer literacy and ability to work on‑site with consistent attendance.
• Previous experience in a call‑center or customer‑service role is an advantage.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, multitask, and follow established procedures.
• Minimum high school diploma; further education in business or communication is a plus.
