Call Center Representative

About the role

The Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls for prospective and existing students, providing information on study abroad options, test preparation services, and application processes.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to students.
• Provide clear information about study abroad options and services.
• Resolve basic service issues and answer inquiries.
• Document customer interactions in the system.
• Direct callers to appropriate departments when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and follow communication scripts.
• Meet performance targets for call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with counseling and operations teams.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and satisfaction focus.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, and active listening skills.
• Solid computer literacy, including call centre software, email and basic office applications.
• Previous experience in call centre, customer service or education support is beneficial.
• Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and local languages.
• Minimum college degree or relevant certifications.
