Team Lead / Quality Assurance HR Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and honest Team Lead to supervise a six‑member calling team across multiple locations. The role focuses on quality assurance, performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily activities, productivity, attendance, and performance of six team members in onsite and remote settings.
• Review call recordings, conduct quality assurance audits, and verify the accuracy of reports and records.
• Track individual and team KPIs, daily progress, targets, and deliverables.
• Identify discrepancies, policy violations, or misuse of resources and report them promptly.
• Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and ensure data security and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Strong sense of honesty, integrity, responsibility, and professional ethics.
• Previous experience in call center operations, team supervision, quality assurance, or recruitment operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to verify information independently.
• Comfortable working night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM and handling confidential information.

• Basic reporting tools
