Call Center Sales Representative – Customer-Focused Role

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Call Center Sales Representative to be the primary point of contact between Flowtel Networks and potential customers. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, building relationships, and meeting sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and manage inbound inquiries.
• Communicate product and service benefits clearly to potential customers.
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.
• Record customer information and sales interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.
• Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve sales techniques and stay updated on product offerings.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
