Call Center Specialist – Property Sales

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Call Center Specialist to join Zameen.com’s property sales team. In this role you will act as the first point of contact for prospective buyers, understand their needs and guide them through the property selection and purchase process.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with clients to capture and clarify their property requirements.
- Provide detailed briefings on relevant property units and arrange demonstrations.
- Conduct site visits and facilitate property tours.
- Follow up with clients to address evolving needs and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
Required profile
- Degree‑level education or equivalent practical experience.
- Passion for sales with a focus on customer service.
- 1‑3 years of sales experience; fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
