About the role
We are urgently hiring motivated individuals to join our USA-based Cold Calling & Lead Generation team located in Lahore. The role focuses on outbound cold calls to US prospects to generate qualified B2B leads.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers in the United States.
- Generate qualified leads and identify prospective B2B clients.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with prospects.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate lead records.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
Required profile
- Good English communication skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
- Willingness to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
- Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
