About the role
Zameen.com, Pakistan’s largest online real‑estate portal, is seeking a motivated Call Center Specialist to join its Project Sales team. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them through property options and helping close sales.
Key responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and match them with relevant property units.
- Provide property demonstrations, arrange site visits, and ensure timely deal closure.
- Follow up with clients to capture evolving needs and maintain strong relationships.
- Communicate effectively to deliver a seamless, positive customer experience.
Required profile
- Education to degree level or equivalent practical experience.
- 1‑3 years of sales experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
- Passion for sales and strong commitment to customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and alignment with Zameen.com’s core values.
