Call Center Specialist – Sales & Property

About the role
Zameen.com is seeking a motivated Call Center Specialist to join its Project Sales team. You will act as the first point of contact for prospective property buyers, guiding them through property options, arranging site visits and ensuring a smooth, positive experience throughout the sales journey.
Key responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and match them with relevant property units.
- Provide detailed property demonstrations and coordinate site visits.
- Follow up with clients to address evolving needs and close sales deals in a timely manner.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
Required profile
- Education to degree level or equivalent practical experience.
- Passion for sales with a focus on customer service excellence.
- 1‑3 years of sales experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication skills and alignment with Zameen.com’s core values.
