About the role
As a Calling Agent you will be the first voice our future clients hear, reaching out to businesses in the UK and USA to introduce our services and hand over interested prospects to the closing team.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to UK and USA businesses.
- Introduce websites, apps, software, AI, CRM and marketing services.
- Qualify interested prospects and pass them to the closing team.
- Keep call notes and lead status updated in the CRM.
- Meet daily calling and lead targets.
Required profile
- Confident communication in English.
- Basic sales skills and willingness to learn closing.
- Target‑oriented mindset.
