About the role

The Campus Head leads the administrative and academic functions of an educational institution, ensuring strategic alignment with the institution’s mission while fostering a positive learning environment. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for overall campus performance, student satisfaction, and achievement of academic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the campus, aligning with the institution’s mission and vision.
• Oversee daily operations, including academic programs, student services, and facility management.
• Foster an inclusive campus culture that enhances student learning and development.
• Develop and implement policies ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations.
• Manage budgetary and financial planning in coordination with the finance department.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to promote professional development and improve teaching quality.
• Establish partnerships with external organizations to expand educational offerings.
• Monitor and evaluate student academic performance and progress.
• Lead student recruitment, retention, and enrollment growth initiatives.
• Handle crisis management and resolve conflicts within the campus community.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of proven experience in educational administration in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of educational policies, procedures, and accreditation standards.
• Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, problem‑solving, and decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain constructive relationships with staff, students, and external partners.
• Financial acumen with experience in budget management.
• High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
• Master’s degree in Education Administration, Business Management, or related field; Doctorate preferred.
