About the role

The Campus Head provides strategic leadership and oversees all academic and administrative functions of the institution, ensuring alignment with its mission and fostering a positive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily campus operations, including academic programs, student services, and facilities.
• Develop and enforce policies to meet accreditation standards and regulatory compliance.
• Manage budgetary planning in partnership with finance to ensure fiscal health.
• Lead student recruitment, retention, and enrollment growth initiatives.
• Build partnerships with external organizations to expand educational opportunities.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of proven experience in educational administration leadership.
• Strong knowledge of educational policies, accreditation standards, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and ethical standards.
• Financial acumen with experience in budget management.
