Channel Sales Manager – IT Infrastructure Services

About the role

We are seeking a Channel Sales Manager to lead and grow our portfolio of customer accounts in the IT infrastructure and third‑party maintenance space. Based in Karachi, you will work on‑site to drive sales of multi‑vendor data‑center solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop new business leads within the B2B technology services market.
• Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts in line with company policies and pricing guidelines.
• Maintain regular contact with key stakeholders, monitor satisfaction and address escalations.
• Coordinate with technical and service delivery teams to meet commitments.
• Track sales performance, update CRM records and forecast revenue.
• Provide market feedback to support product, pricing and service strategy.

Required profile

• Proven account management experience with a focus on long‑term, trust‑based relationships.
• Demonstrated ability in lead generation, prospecting and pipeline development in B2B or technology services.
• Strong customer service orientation and experience handling escalations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to translate technical concepts into business terms.
• Experience in IT services, data‑center infrastructure, TPM or multi‑vendor solutions is highly desirable.
• Comfort working with targets, KPIs and CRM tools to manage opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Karachi and travel to client locations as needed.
