Chat & Support Representative (Onsite, Faisalabad)

About the role

Enzipe is hiring two Chat & Support Experts to work onsite in Faisalabad, from 9 AM to 6 PM. The role covers answering customer queries by chat and support channels and helping users with the company's SEO tools and educational platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional responses to customer queries through chat and support channels.
• Assist users with SEO-related tools and educational platforms developed by Enzipe.
• Guide customers through product usage, troubleshoot basic issues and ensure high satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support or chat-based role.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure and deliver a positive experience to customers.

Required skills

• Fast and accurate typing speed.
