Chef de Partie – Full-Time Kitchen Position

About the role

Trio by Maham Café is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to lead a specific kitchen section. You will ensure high‑quality food preparation, maintain strict hygiene standards, and support the daily flow of service in a fast‑paced café environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Manage and supervise an assigned kitchen station, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Assist in menu development and the creation of new dishes.
• Monitor inventory, report stock needs, and help minimise waste.
• Uphold food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols at all times.
• Train and support junior kitchen staff as required.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver timely service.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.
• Experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality settings.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
