Chief Financial Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial strategy, planning and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the organization's overall financial strategy, planning, and performance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management.
• Review and approve financial statements, management reports, and executive dashboards.
• Serve as the final financial approver for budgets, capital expenditures, and significant financial transactions.
• Drive profitability through financial analysis, cost optimization, and operational performance reviews.
• Oversee treasury, banking relationships, working capital, and liquidity management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, statutory requirements, and corporate governance.
• Lead internal and external audits and implement strong financial controls and risk management practices.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive leadership.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, business expansions, acquisitions, and capital allocation decisions.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and long-term business planning.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing finance and accounting teams.
