Civil 3D Draftsperson

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Draftsperson specialized in Civil 3D to support the design and documentation of civil infrastructure projects such as tunnels, roads, canals and drainage systems. The role involves creating detailed 3‑D models, quantity take‑offs and technical drawings that meet project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop 3‑D surface models and perform quantity calculations using Civil 3D.
• Prepare horizontal and vertical alignments for tunnels, roads, channels, canals and drains.
• Produce structural and architectural drawings for canal infrastructure and related structures.
• Study and review design and shop drawings, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Generate bar bending schedules and support geotechnical profiling.
• Utilize software tools such as Slide, GeoStudio and PLAXIS for analysis and design.

Required profile

• DAE or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in civil drafting and design.
• Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure design standards.
