Civil Draftsman / Designer for Power Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Civil Draftsman/Designer to create high‑quality drawings for Transmission & Distribution Substations and Power Stations projects. The role is based on‑site in Lahore and involves leading a drafting team while ensuring compliance with client standards and our quality management system.

Key responsibilities

• Develop accurate, high‑quality civil drawings using MicroStation, Building Designer, AutoCAD and 3D drafting tools.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of draftsmen to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain drafting documentation and ensure compliance with QMS and project requirements.
• Oversee project filing systems and document management processes.

Required profile

• B.Tech/DAE in Civil Engineering.
• 5 to 15 years of drafting experience on T&D projects.
• Strong command of English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for presentations and documentation.
