Civil Engineer / Senior Site Engineer

About the role

We are a high‑end architectural and construction firm seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead site execution from grey structure through to finishing works. The role demands strong technical oversight, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and a commitment to quality and safety on premium residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise complete site execution, ensuring work follows approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients to maintain smooth project flow.
• Monitor progress, timelines, and productivity; prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections, enforce safety regulations, and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Manage material planning, labor, subcontractors, and procurement to stay within budget.
• Attend client and consultant meetings, present progress, and handle client communications professionally.
• Oversee snagging, quality assurance, and handover procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–6 years of hands‑on construction and site‑management experience.
• Proven experience with high‑end residential and commercial projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
