Construction Manager – Gray Structure

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Construction Manager with expertise in gray‑structure projects to join our on‑site team in Rawalpindi. This full‑time position will oversee all construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on gray‑structure sites.
• Manage project budgets and perform cost estimation.
• Enforce construction safety protocols and monitor compliance.
• Implement and maintain project controls, including planning, monitoring, and final execution.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to meet quality standards and deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory and team‑leadership abilities.
• Proven experience in budgeting and cost estimation for construction projects.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction safety practices.
• Extensive background in gray‑structure construction.
• Proficiency in project control processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience managing similar construction projects is highly valued.
