Client Acquisition Specialist

About the role

HalSar Dev is looking for a proactive Client Acquisition Specialist to work remotely. You will be responsible for generating new leads, conducting market research, and building strong client relationships to drive the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate high‑quality leads for the sales pipeline.
• Conduct market research to uncover customer needs and industry trends.
• Perform proactive outreach and communicate effectively with potential clients.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Support sales initiatives and contribute to revenue growth by acquiring and retaining high‑value customers.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in lead generation and client acquisition strategies.
• Strong market‑research abilities to identify opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
