Client Content & Scheduling Manager

About the role

HG Marketing is seeking a detail‑oriented Client Content & Scheduling Manager to oversee end‑to‑end podcast execution for multiple clients. The role focuses on quality control, publishing, scheduling, client communication, and workflow management across audio, video, and written assets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough quality checks on podcast videos, audio files, show notes, articles, clips, and thumbnails using structured checklists.
• Schedule and publish episodes on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and other platforms, managing metadata such as titles, descriptions, tags, timestamps, and thumbnails.
• Maintain content calendars for podcasts, clips, and related assets while acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Coordinate between internal teams (editors, writers, designers) and clients to ensure smooth workflow from raw files to final delivery.
• Track asset movement, identify bottlenecks early, and ensure deadlines are met.

Required profile

• Strong experience in podcast management, content operations, or media quality assurance.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
• Comfortable working with structured processes, checklists, and strict deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple client workflows without hand‑holding.

Required skills

• Hands‑on knowledge of YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and podcast hosting platforms.
• Experience with metadata optimization, basic SEO and content analytics.
• Familiarity with content scheduling and publishing tools.
