About the role
The Outreach Coordinator will lead community engagement initiatives for SJ Legal Services, raising awareness of the firm’s legal services among individuals, startups, and businesses in Lahore.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to promote the firm’s services.
- Organise and attend events, building relationships with local organisations, businesses and community groups.
- Manage communications with prospective clients and partners, responding to inquiries and providing clear information.
- Conduct basic research on community needs and map relevant networks.
- Support training and information sessions and align outreach activities with the firm’s mission.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in community outreach, non‑profit, legal services or similar fields.
- Solid research skills to understand community needs and support data‑informed strategies.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management capabilities.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to collaborate with legal and administrative teams.
Required skills
- Proficiency in basic office software for event planning and communication.
