Client Onboarding Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to join The Cubicle’s team in Lahore. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will guide new members through every step of their onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth transition into our coworking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome new clients, conduct facility walkthroughs and explain membership plans, services, and office amenities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare workstations, meeting rooms and common areas for each new member.
• Track onboarding milestones, update internal systems, and resolve client inquiries promptly.
• Collect feedback from new members and contribute ideas for process improvement.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM or membership management tools.

Required profile

• Strong client‑facing experience, preferably in coworking, hospitality, real estate or customer success.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients.
• Analytical mindset to understand client needs and monitor onboarding metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience using CRM or membership management platforms.
• Basic reporting and data‑tracking abilities.
