Client Services Associate

About the role

As a Client Services Associate at Savvital, you will provide administrative and operational support to our international SME clients, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of their requests. The role is based on‑site at our Islamabad office and operates on US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare for client meetings by gathering information, researching stakeholders, and entering prescription or project details into internal systems.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for inquiries, follow‑ups and status updates.
• Maintain and update the policy book of business, ensuring accurate data entry and record management.
• Manage client emails professionally, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Handle inbound and outbound client calls with a solution‑oriented approach.
• Support data clean‑up initiatives and contribute to process‑improvement projects.
• Conduct research and analysis on assigned topics to meet client needs.
• Prepare accurate price quotes for client customers.

Required profile

• Prior experience working with US‑based clients.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 4‑year bachelor’s degree preferred (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Public Relations).
• Highly organized multitasker with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive “can‑do” attitude and ability to wear multiple hats.
• Must be able to work completely on‑site in Islamabad.
