Client Services Executive (Remote)

About the role

EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a proactive Client Services Executive to act as the primary point of contact for its valued clients. Working remotely, you will ensure client inquiries are addressed promptly, foster strong relationships, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for clients, handling requests with a client‑first mindset.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve inquiries and deliver timely solutions.
• Design, prepare, and deliver engaging PowerPoint presentations that communicate service updates, new offerings, and value propositions.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular communication and feedback collection.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Document client interactions and service issues for performance analysis.
• Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and support retention strategies.
