Key responsibilities

• Design, prepare, and deliver clear PowerPoint presentations on service updates, new offerings, and value propositions.
• Maintain and deepen client relationships through regular communication and feedback collection.
• Coordinate across multiple internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Utilize strong problem‑solving abilities to handle concerns and preserve a positive client experience.
• Develop thorough knowledge of company products and services to guide clients confidently.
• Document client interactions and service issues for performance analysis.
