Client Success and Delivery Lead

About the role

The Client Success and Delivery Lead is the primary point of contact after a project is sold, ensuring every client receives a world‑class delivery experience. This night‑shift role combines client onboarding, project coordination, risk management, and account growth while allowing the sales team to focus on new business.

Key responsibilities

• Own the client relationship and drive successful project delivery, satisfaction, and long‑term growth.
• Lead onboarding, kickoff, and coordination of Engineering, AI, UI/UX, QA, Cloud, and Delivery teams.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and health of each project to ensure on‑time, in‑scope delivery.
• Manage scope changes, project risks, and lead Sales‑to‑Delivery handovers.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, support renewals, and collect client testimonials.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, and Leadership to continuously improve client experience.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Customer Success, Delivery Management, or Account Management.
• Proven experience managing software development or technology consulting projects for US/North‑American clients.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira and ClickUp.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile.
