Client Success Coordinator

About the role

The Client Success Coordinator will ensure clients receive top‑level service and support, building strong relationships and helping them achieve their goals with our solutions. This position reports to the CEO and works within the Marketing department.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, delivering timely support via email, phone, or virtual meetings.
• Monitor client usage, identify improvement opportunities, and drive community growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Marketing to advocate client needs and provide feedback.
• Assist onboarding, deliver training workshops, and track success metrics such as satisfaction scores and renewal rates.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a client‑facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales).
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and adapt quickly to new information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk.
