Partner Marketing Program Manager

About the role

Zones is looking for a Partner Marketing Program Manager to support the Partner Marketing team with administrative and program tasks. The role will handle partner funding claims, portal activities, invoice tracking and reimbursements from the Pakistan office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage partner portal submissions for MDF, co‑op, rebates and other funding programs, tracking claim status and documentation.
• Coordinate proof‑of‑performance collection, validation and submission, and maintain funding trackers and dashboards.
• Support partner program audits, maintain portal access records and assist with compliance requests.
• Monitor open invoices, follow up on payment issues and keep accurate records of funding utilization.
• Track deliverables for F&O‑funded marketing projects, maintain project trackers and status reports.

Required profile

• 2+ years in a marketing role, preferably in marketing operations or partner marketing.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with SharePoint (a plus).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
