Client Success Executive (Contract)

About the role

Join NIQ Brandbank as a Client Success Executive on a one‑year contract. You will build strong, long‑term relationships with Tier 2 customers, helping them maximise the value of Brandbank and Etilize solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure high customer satisfaction by acting as a trusted advisor, conducting regular check‑ins and business reviews.
• Achieve KPIs such as satisfaction scores, retention rates and product usage metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Sales Enablement and operations teams to deliver seamless service.
• Provide training and support to customers and internal team members.

Required profile

• Experience in B2B customer‑facing roles with a strong customer‑driven attitude.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree.
