About the role

Propstar Technologies is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Client Support Executive to assist clients, resolve inquiries, and support business growth through exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound client interactions professionally and efficiently.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve client concerns and ensure timely follow‑up to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate client records and regularly update CRM systems.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships through exceptional service.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless client support.
• Monitor client support performance and recommend process improvements.
• Stay updated on company services, policies, and operational processes.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly client support targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service, client support, sales, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a proactive, customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet performance targets.
