Customer Service Representative for Gaming Support

About the role
Serve as the first point of contact to troubleshoot technical and other issues for players in the Pakistan region. Provide prompt and accurate assistance through our ticketing system.
Key responsibilities
- Handle gamer inquiries via ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues following established workflows.
- Escalate complex or unresolved cases to relevant departments.
- Monitor and respond to Google Play Reviews, escalating issues as needed.
- Assist with game operations activities such as bug testing and issue verification.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support through email or ticketing systems.
- Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Urdu is a plus.
Required skills
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk).
- Experience with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
