Clinic Manager – Full-time (Healthcare Operations)

About the role

Immunocure is seeking a dedicated Clinic Manager to lead daily operations at its DHA Karachi location. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on delivering a smooth, patient‑centric experience while supporting clinical staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day clinic activities, including patient flow, appointment scheduling and front‑desk operations.
• Supervise clinical and administrative teams, handling hiring, onboarding and ongoing training.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor budgets, billing processes and resource utilization to maintain financial sustainability.
• Maintain accurate operational records and generate regular reports.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Support clinicians with operational needs and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic clinic initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle patient feedback professionally.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with patients, staff and leadership.
• Proven ability to train, coach and develop high‑performing teams.
• Organized, with solid time‑management and prioritisation capabilities in a clinical setting.
• Resident of Karachi (within 30‑minute drive to DHA Phase 6) and under 35 years of age.
