Clinic Manager

About the role

The Clinic Manager will lead the daily operations of Cretesol Tech’s on‑site clinic in Islamabad, ensuring a safe, efficient, and patient‑focused environment. This full‑time position reports to senior leadership and works closely with clinical and administrative teams to deliver high‑quality healthcare services.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise clinical and administrative staff, manage schedules, and coordinate patient flow.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control for clinic expenses.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support clinical protocols and safe care delivery.
• Address patient concerns, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to uphold consistent service quality.
• Optimize workflows and align clinic operations with organizational goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in healthcare administration, clinic management, or a related leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication abilities.
• Experience with budgeting and basic financial management.
• Foundational understanding of medical or clinical environments.
• Ability to train, mentor, and guide staff effectively.
