Clinic Receptionist & Admin Assistant (Part-Time)

About the role

Psychologists Hub, a mental health practice offering individual, couples, family and group therapy, assessments and training for allied professionals, is hiring a part-time, hybrid Clinic Receptionist & Admin Assistant in Soan Garden, Islamabad. The shift runs 4pm-10pm Monday to Friday and 12pm-6pm on Saturday. The role welcomes clients, manages the reception area and acts as a professional first point of contact.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Maintain client records and prepare and update documents
• Manage emails and organize files
• Support billing or payment processes as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and follow clinic procedures
• Handle administrative support and maintain social media

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional coursework or training in administration, psychology or healthcare is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of psychological and mental health services
• Good written and verbal communication in English (and local languages where applicable)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage several tasks in a client-focused setting
