Strategy Analyst (Grade L2)

About the role

JazzWorld supports the strategy team behind Pakistan's largest digital operator. As Strategy Analyst (Grade L2) in Islamabad, you will help develop board and ExCo-level materials such as strategic frameworks, portfolio reviews and offsite pre-reads, and prepare CEO/CXO presentations for investors, regulators, partners and industry forums. You will turn complex analysis into clear narratives for senior leadership, using AI-assisted tools, while handling sensitive corporate information with confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of board and ExCo materials and build structured, storyboarded presentations
• Prepare polished, accurate CEO/CXO presentations aligned with corporate messaging
• Conduct market, competitor and industry research to inform strategic recommendations
• Track and report on strategic initiatives against priorities such as annual strategic frameworks
• Coordinate with Finance, Commercial, Technology and Regulatory teams to gather inputs and align messaging
• Draft first-cut analysis, decks and briefing notes under senior guidance, using AI-assisted tools, and look for ways to automate recurring strategy workflows
• Manage timelines and follow-ups for strategy deliverables

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or a related field (MBA a plus), with 3+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate planning or a similar analytical role
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to simplify complex information into clear storylines with good storyboarding and visual narrative skills
• Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable insights and handle confidential, high-visibility work under pressure
• Exposure to telecom, tech or digital services and to board-level or senior stakeholder engagements is desirable

Required skills

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with a basic understanding of P&L, KPIs and business cases
• Use of AI and LLM tools for research, drafting and analysis
