Clinical Auditor – Night Shift

About the role

The Clinical Auditor will ensure that all clinical documentation, patient records, and care coordination notes are accurate, complete, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory standards. This night‑shift position works closely with clinical, quality, and operations teams to improve documentation quality and support overall patient safety.

Key responsibilities

• Review and audit clinical documentation, patient records, and care coordination notes for accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluate clinical workflows against established guidelines, internal policies, and regulatory standards.
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, and compliance risks; escalate issues as needed.
• Analyse audit findings and prepare detailed reports with corrective‑action recommendations.
• Collaborate with clinical, quality, and operations staff to address findings and improve processes.
• Monitor audit trends to pinpoint recurring issues, training needs, and operational improvement opportunities.
• Maintain audit logs, track corrective actions, and follow up on resolution status.
• Assist in preparing documentation for internal reviews and external audits.
• Ensure confidentiality and adherence to healthcare privacy and documentation standards.
• Utilise EMR systems efficiently to conduct and document audit activities.

Required profile

• MBBS, BDS, Pharm.D, or Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT) degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical auditing, documentation review, quality assurance, or medical records review, preferably in a US‑based healthcare organization.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with EMR software and healthcare documentation/compliance requirements.

• Monday‑Friday night shift (6 pm – 3 am PKT).
• Gross salary USD 500‑600.
