About the role
Sharazar is seeking a Cloud Administrator to manage and maintain its sovereign cloud environments. This full‑time remote position involves provisioning resources, monitoring performance, and ensuring high availability of infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Provision, configure, and maintain cloud resources across multiple platforms.
- Monitor system performance, implement security controls, and respond to incidents.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to optimise configurations and document standards.
- Participate in capacity planning, backup/recovery, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Strong hands‑on experience with system administration on Debian‑based Linux.
- Solid understanding of virtualization, storage, compute, and backup/recovery concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot cloud, network, and system issues and implement fixes.
- Effective communication and documentation skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

- Scripting/automation (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle)
