Cloud Architect – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Cloud Architect to work remotely on a contract basis for a leading AI company. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining highly scalable infrastructure that powers next‑generation AI models across finance, healthcare, and engineering domains.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Linux‑based, Kubernetes‑orchestrated environments with Prometheus monitoring.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform or Ansible.
• Monitor system health, analyze performance metrics, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
• Respond to incidents, conduct root‑cause analysis, and improve reliability processes.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless deployments and high availability.

Required profile

• Strong background in Linux system administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Proficiency with Prometheus for monitoring and alerting.
• Experience using infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Ability to produce clear documentation and operational runbooks.
