Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to support a global AI leader on a contract basis. The role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining production infrastructure that powers next‑generation AI models. You will work remotely, collaborating with DevOps and SRE teams to ensure high availability and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and support production servers, containers, storage, and networks to minimize downtime.
• Respond quickly to operational incidents and lead resolution of platform‑related issues.
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and oversee container orchestration with Kubernetes and Helm.
• Collaborate with DevOps and SRE stakeholders to drive automation and improve system reliability.
• Maintain and enhance internal tooling and platform services.

Required profile

• Strong background in Linux system administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to act on alerts promptly.
• Effective communication and teamwork with cross‑functional technical teams.
