Cloud Technical Specialist

About the role

Deliver exceptional technical and licensing support for Microsoft cloud solutions, ensuring a high-quality customer experience for partners and end customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Troubleshoot identity and access management issues such as SSO, MFA, user provisioning, and directory synchronization.
• Manage Microsoft Azure environments, including subscriptions, virtual machines, networking, VPN gateways, and monitoring.
• Serve as primary contact for technical and licensing inquiries related to Microsoft 365, Azure, and CSP offerings.
• Ensure timely resolution of support requests while meeting SLA targets.
• Collaborate with Microsoft, partners, and internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure infrastructure, and cloud identity solutions.
• Excellent customer service, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced support environment.
