Co-Founder – Business Operations Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Co‑Founder to help shape Sahor One’s product, go‑to‑market strategy and operations. This full‑time, on‑site position in Islamabad will work closely with the founding team and key stakeholders across Pakistan and the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Validate customer needs through research, interviews and market analysis.
• Refine product features, roadmap and oversee execution across sales, marketing and customer success.
• Design and test commercial strategies, develop key partnerships and support fundraising and investor relations.
• Build, mentor and lead a small high‑performing team while establishing internal processes.
• Ensure alignment with the company’s vision, growth targets and regional expansion plans.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills for interpreting market data, customer behavior and product performance.
• Excellent communication abilities for leading teams, engaging customers and collaborating with partners and investors.
• Proven B2B or SaaS sales experience with pipeline development and deal closure.
• Marketing expertise in positioning, messaging and digital growth strategies.
• Research capability for market analysis, customer discovery and competitive assessment.
• Startup or tech SaaS background; familiarity with service businesses or payments in the GCC is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment and take ownership from idea to execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are beneficial.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or regional exposure advantageous.
