COD Manager – Cash on Delivery Operations

About the role
We are looking for a proactive COD Manager to lead our cash‑on‑delivery operations in Lahore. The role involves overseeing the end‑to‑end COD process, ensuring timely payment processing and high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily COD operations and ensure efficient, timely processing of payments.
- Monitor and analyse COD performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance COD effectiveness.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to COD promptly.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
- Prepare regular reports on COD operations and present findings to senior management.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in cash management or a related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
