Cold Caller / Outbound Calling Executive (Night Shift)

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic students or undergraduates who are comfortable working night shifts to join our outbound calling team. As a Cold Caller / Outbound Calling Executive, you will represent our services to potential clients and help generate new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers following provided scripts.
- Introduce our services professionally and spark interest.
- Maintain accurate call records and update lead status in the system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
Required profile
- Strong spoken English and clear communication skills.
- Confidence speaking with international clients.
- Persuasive, energetic and professional phone manner.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Prior cold‑calling or outbound sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
