Cold Caller SDR – US Market

About the role

We are looking for a motivated SDR to generate new business opportunities for Meraki in the United States. You will engage business owners and decision‑makers across multiple SMB sectors, introduce our services and set up qualified meetings for the solutions team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 100–150 outbound cold calls daily to restaurants, healthcare organizations, pharmacies, retail businesses and other SMBs.
• Introduce Meraki’s capabilities, build interest and identify potential opportunities.
• Understand prospects’ business challenges, operational bottlenecks and technology pain points.
• Qualify leads against predefined criteria and gather detailed business requirements.
• Schedule 2–4 qualified meetings per day and follow up with interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM, logging call outcomes, notes and follow‑up activities.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections professionally and confidence speaking with business owners and executives.
• High energy, resilience, persistence and a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and strong listening and discovery abilities.
