Cold Calling Agent – Digital Solutions & AI Automation

About the role

Lime Software Logics is seeking a full‑time Cold Calling Agent to promote its digital solutions and AI‑powered automation services. Based onsite in Karachi, you will engage prospective and existing clients by phone, qualify leads and arrange follow‑up meetings or demos for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries, presenting product benefits in clear, client‑friendly language.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine scripts, understand campaign goals and provide feedback on client needs.
• Meet daily and weekly performance targets related to call volume, lead qualification and appointment setting.

Required profile

• Strong spoken English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain digital and AI automation concepts in simple terms.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in IT, business or marketing is a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite in Karachi and adhere to company policies.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or call‑management software.
• Proficiency in standard office productivity tools.
