Cold Calling Agent - Sportswear Sales Support

About the role

Rajco USA Inc., a branch of Rajco Industries, a sportswear manufacturer and exporter founded in 1935, is hiring a full-time, on-site Cold Calling Agent in Sialkot. The agent contacts prospective and existing customers by phone to introduce sportswear products, qualify leads and present key product features and benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospects and existing customers by phone to introduce products and present their features and benefits
• Qualify leads and maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes
• Follow up on leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team
• Handle basic customer inquiries and share price and product information as directed
• Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to support campaign goals
• Meet individual and team performance targets while following call scripts and guidelines

Required profile

• Minimum high school education; further education in business, marketing or a related field is an advantage
• Prior experience in telemarketing, cold calling or sales support is preferred but not required
• Ability to work on-site in Sialkot and collaborate with sales and marketing teams
• Comfortable in a target-driven environment and willing to learn about sportswear products and market trends

• Strong verbal communication and active listening, speaking clearly and confidently on the phone
• Customer service and relationship-building skills
• Basic sales and negotiation skills, including lead qualification and handling objections
• Organizational and time management skills for managing call lists, follow-ups and daily targets
• Proficiency with telephone systems, CRM or lead management tools, and basic computer applications such as email and spreadsheets
